However, the organizations are faced with the challenge of the risk management in the event of coming up with the innovation(Wanjohi Ombui, 2013, p. 395). Uber is one the companies that has come up with the innovations which have resulted in the disruptions in the taxi industry. Uber outstanding and unique innovation has seen the company encroach in more than fifty countries in the international markets. Uber is a good example, of the company which has engaged in entrepreneurship by using the aspect of creativity. Even though the company is facing a lot of criticisms from many arguing that the company innovation is quite disruptive in the taxi industry(Horn, 2016). Besides, the aspect innovation the Uber entrepreneurship is also built on creativity. For example, the company operations allow the customers to request the services of the company through application supported by the smartphone. This strateg y has led to have various Uber drivers in the several parts in the region they are operating. These operations provides convenient services to the company customers(Linkner, 2013). This is because through the smartphone application the customers can request for the Uber services are at proximity. Through innovation and creativity Uber has been able to expand its markets in several continents across the globe. Despite, the criticisms from the various stakeholders in the taxi industry such as states governments and lack regulations to protect the company intellectual property.
